Register now to attend Camp Hertko Hollow's Family Diabetes Education Weekends. Children with diabetes of all ages are encouraged to attend with their family members to learn about managing diabetes. This is a wonderful opportunity for families with newly diagnosed children or young children to learn from health professionals and meet other families who are experiencing the same situation.. You are not alone! There's something for all ages, so bring the whole family, grandparents, babysitters, and friends.

Download the registration form and mail with check or email and call with credit card to make payment for the Commitment Deposit of $15. Commitment Deposit of $15 will be fully refunded at the conclusion of each Family Diabetes Education Weekend with full participation.

Upcoming Weekends:

APRIL 24, 2010 - FREE Seminar & optional overnight at the Y-Camp in Boone, Iowa. Event begins at 9:00 am on Saturday morning. Children will have their own program, including horseback riding and recreation. Families can stay overnight in a cabin at the Y-camp (just like the summer camp) until 11 am Sunday. APPLY EARLY! Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis before April 10th DEADLINE or until capacity is reached.
